1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Light @ Night, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice, and your continued use of the website implies your acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information and Pricing
2.1. Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure that product information, including descriptions and prices is accurate. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information and reserve the right to correct any errors.
2.2. Availability: Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon completion of the purchase. Please review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.
3.2. Payment: All payments are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery Times: Carpets will be delivered within 3 working days and furniture will be manufactured and delivered within 2 working weeks unless the stock is available at the factory. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur and customers will be notified accordingly.
4.2. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for these non-refundable charges.
4.3. Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Return Period: Returns must done within 1 week of receiving the item.
5.2. Handling Fees: A 10% handling fee will be charged on the total cost of the item being returned. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with the return.
5.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
5.4. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused & undamaged. Damaged or used items may not be eligible for a refund.
5.5. For warranty purposes on floorings, all products must be fitted according to the Manufacturer’s instructions which can be found on the box or their website.
5.6. Returns will be accepted at management discretion.
5.7. No cash refunds will be issued on the products, credit will be allocated to your account.
5.8. No returns or credit on stained engineered flooring, special orders, profiles, consumables and or underlays. Exceptions will be made with regards to swopping. out for a different colour.
5.9. Discontinued or special deal stock will not be accepted for return.
5.10. Light@Night is not responsible for collecting return stock. Stock should be returned to the supplier warehouse by client.
5.11. Returns for flooring will be subject to 15% handling fee.
5.12. We will only accept returns of full unopened boxes of flooring in their original undamaged packaging.
6. Warranty and Damaged Items
6.1. Warranty: Our products are covered by a limited warranty. Details of the warranty period and terms are provided with the product and available on our website.
6.2. Reporting Damage: Any damage to items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content on the website, including images, text and design elements are the property of Light@Night and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Constitutional Court. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Constitutional Court.
